Sākot ar 2026. gada 10. februāri līdz 24. aprīlim biedrības “Tilts nākotnei” dalībnieki apmeklēja Digitālo prasmju meistarklašu programmu “Cilvēcīgi par tehnoloģijām” skolotājiem, kas sniedza gan teorētiskas, gan praktiskas zināšanas par ikdienā izmantojamām digitālajām prasmēm un rīkiem.
Programma tika izstrādāta, sadarbojoties Riga TechGirls un IT Izglītības fondam.
Programmas “Cilvēcīgi par tehnoloģijām” mērķis – nodrošināt mācības skolotājiem par digitālajiem rīkiem, kas ir noderīgi pedagoģiskajā darbā – gan lai efektīvāk gatavotos stundām, gan lai jēgpilni izmantotu tos darbā ar skolēniem klasē, tādējādi iedvesmojot arī skolēnus kļūt digitāli izglītotākiem.
Programmas uzdevumi ir:
1. Parādīt, kā digitālie rīki var palīdzēt mācīt un mācīties;
2. Izmantot dizaina domāšanas principus, lai integrētu digitālos rīkus mācību procesā;
3. Mācīt, kā komunicēt, savienoties un sadarboties, izmantojot digitālos rīkus un tehnoloģijas;
4. Demonstrēt, kā aktīvi, efektīvi un droši piedalīties tiešsaistes procesos;
5. Iedvesmot izmantot pedagoģijas un vērtēšanas pieejas, kas iedrošina skolēnus.
Nodarbības bija iedalītas 5 tematiskajos blokos: digitālā pratība un drošība internetā, gatavošanās stundām un mācību materiālu izstrāde, digitālie rīki skolotāja un skolēnu vai skolēnu savstarpējai sadarbībai, digitālie rīki, lai sniegtu skolēniem atbalstu un atgriezenisko saiti un dizaina domāšana un digitālie rīki skolēnu projektu darbos.
